2mm prolactinoma too small to cause the issues i’m having?

im going to try to not wander off my point here as much as possible but we’ll see. i’ve had blood tests done every month since august of last year. all of my tests have shown elevated prolactin levels between 1200-2700 mUI/L. but when resting, it was only 756 (november). my first blood test had normal TSH levels but have been high ever since. and my oestradiol levels have also been low “ish”.

some symptoms i’m having:

- dizziness/vertigo, constantly every day for well over a year

- hot flashes

- non existent libido

- pain during intercourse

- irregular, unpredictable periods (but still having them every month)

- low mood/depression and anxiety

- headaches/ migraines (with aura)

- seeing black dots in my vision

- seeing lights in my vision

- cold intolerance and heat sensitivity

- horrible, horrible brain fog

- weight gain, inability to lose weight even tho i go to the gym consistently

but i had my MRI in feb and i had a lesion on my pituitary stalk, rather than gland, and it was only 2mm. so i’m unsure if it really can be causing all these things? my endo doesn’t want to put me on treatment because i still get my periods and im not trying to conceive. she just gave me vit d to help prevent bone loss from the low estrogen. the dizziness/vertigo has been the worst of it tbh. i can’t take it anymore i need something to help it. does anyone have any similar experiences?

magnesium to help with dizziness/vertigo ?

i recently bought some magnesium supplements that contain Magnesium Bisglycinate, Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Threonatec, Magnesium Citrate (overall 91mg of elemental magnesium) and it advises me to take x4 of these a day

i have had unexplainable dizziness/vertigo for almost 2 years now. the doctors can’t diagnose me (well, won’t even try) so i’m kind of left to try and help myself here. on top of the dizziness i also have a microprolactinoma which is causing my to have subclinical hypothyroidism and low estrogen levels so i guess i just want to make sure taking magnesium is safe if anyone can relate to any of these things maybe?

ive been taking it for a couple days and i honestly feel less dizziness, more energetic and less brain fog. but i also have had more muscle cramps and eye twitching which i thought were signs of low magnesium? i also take 50,000 IU of vitamin D once a month and iron tablets every other day

any advice or thoughts on my situation would be greatly appreciated

i have had elevated prolactin levels for the last 9 months (at least) and MRI shows “possible” 2mm microprolactinoma on my pituitary stalk? i’m not lactating, my periods are still usually regular, varying really only in how heavy they are, and occasional cycle lengths of 45 days, but a couple of months ago i started getting hot flashes in the week leading up my period. my blood tests show an estrogen deficiency and also subclinical hypothyroidism. idk if these are symptoms but i keep getting this feeling like my heart is racing but i‘ll check my pulse and it’s normal, obviously the hot flashes, serious fatigue and brain fog but in a way like my eyes can’t focus. i have cold intolerance, my hands and feet always feel like ice and i also have a basically non-existent libido. i’ve also had dizziness/vertigo for a long time but endocrinologist swears it’s not related. she doesn’t want to start me on treatment at the moment more of a “monitor and see” but i have to get a bone density scan to see if the low estrogen is affecting my bone density? has anyone else experienced anything like this? i’m so confused and honestly i feel awful all the time and don’t know what to do
