I keep getting this panic reboots !
What can cause it ?

I thought I was going to die ! Not because of the results but because I couldn’t walk anymore ! I was going forward like I drink one 2 bottle of jack Daniel’s ! I felt my both legs wet Aldo the were dry I knew that back pain wasn’t nice but his came from a other dimension man ! I dint do nothing and now 1 year further I finaly am making a comeback ! I can walk a bit and the frozen/burning feet are less, not gone but better and I thank god ! Any thoughts pls ? Thank you

MRI lumbar spine.

No comparative study. No spondylolysis and no degenerative listhesis. Normal bone marrow signal. Normal conus medullaris image. Congenitally narrow spinal canal, most canal narrowing here at level L2/L3 based on concomitant discopathy (Series 9, Image 8). No significant canal stenosis, no demonstrated cauda equina compression. In L4/L5 facet arthrosis, recess narrowing anterior to the L5 root bilaterally; differential diagnosis: impact-compression (Series 11, Image 29); similar picture L5/S1 bilaterally with recess narrowing particularly on the right anterior to the S1 root (Series 11, Image 36). No foramen stenosis.

Conclusion.

Congenitally narrow spinal canal; most canal narrowing here at level L2/L3 based on concomitant discopathy. No significant canal stenosis, no demonstrated cauda compression.

In L4/L5 facet arthrosis, recess narrowing anterior to the L5 root bilaterally; differential diagnosis: impact-compression; similar picture L5/S1 bilaterally with recess narrowing particularly on the right anterior to the S1 root. Dictator: xxxx

Clinical data: sensory level t3 with sensory disturbance. Indication / Question: Myelopathy? Demyelination? Vitamin B12-associated abnormalities? Compression?

CWK:

Disc bulging and a herniated disc at level C6/C7 paramedian right. Spinal cord deformation at that level. No convincing myelopathy visible, but not ruled out at that level. No other particulars.

ThWK:

No spinal cord compression. No myelopathy. No thoracic herniated disc.

Conclusion:

Compression of the spinal cord at level C6/C7 due to a herniated disc there. This could therefore provide an explanation. No arguments for demyelination, nor convincing indications of vitamin B12 pathology.
