How to sew a double raw edge hem like this?

I want to sew a T shirt with a hem like this shown, just not exactly sure how. It has two edges of raw hem and serged on the inside, would the way be to cut a second piece of fabric, serge one end and then just double stitch it together?

How hard/easy would it be to get into Roblox game dev if I already know how to code?

Hi, I have a computer science degree and currently work as a software developer as my day job. That being said I haven’t ever done any kind of game development. Would this make starting out pretty easy or is there still a big learning gap?
