Mold in mob tank

I posted about this once before I was seeing black particles floating around in the tank. You guys sent me a new perforated cap and instructions on sanitizing the tank and what to use for a cleaning solution going forward. I was told that in addition to a half cap of an Fannie’s solution, I should add a tablespoon of white vinegar which I have been doing.

Despite following all those instructions, I’m now seeing black junk in the tank again see images.

LR four – litter hopper no longer puts out the correct amount of litter

Has anyone else seen this? It seemed to work fine for a number of months, but I’ve had my machine for 7 months or so now and at some point it stopped adding enough so it’s always low and I’m having to hand add litter.
