Would connecting instagram make a difference if I don’t really plan to use it?

I don’t have my instagram connected because I have a private account (and I don’t post on it). I know some people make secondary accounts just for Influenster but tbh I’m not sure I’d be willing to make instagram content at all unless it was a crazy product I’d really really want, it would most likely be for the sole purpose of having a “complete” profile on Influenster.

Would it still be worth it to make a public account and connect it so that my profile is 100% complete instead the of 99% complete that it is currently? Does anyone know if that makes a difference in getting more claims just in general?

Anyone get this item yet?

Anyone receive their CVS beauty product yet? Just curious as it’s getting down there on days left.

Mine is a poparazzi nail polish, but there were a few other brands/product types if I remember right.

Unsure if this is really CMPA?

Is it likely my baby (9 weeks old today) has cmpa , cow milk protein allergy, with just a few specks of blood in her poops over a few hours on Friday? She doesn’t seem to have the other common symptoms, and no more blood at all over the last 3 days.

We took her in to the doctor on Friday after 2 specks of blood in one of her stools, she had another with a speck at the appointment, and another with a speck immediately after getting home. The day before she went about 8 hours without pooping which is long for her, she normally poops 6+ times per day, at almost every feed/diaper change, every day since birth. 8 hrs isn’t really that long, she had a normal bm before the one with blood, and she didn’t show any signs of real constipation or visible tears/fissures so that was ruled out as a possible cause. After examination, the doctor said it was most likely cmpa and that I could either switch her to hypoallergenic formula or eliminate all dairy and soy from my diet to continue breastfeeding. I exclusively breastfeed.

When I look up cmpa I see excessive spit up, rashes, and colic. She doesnt have any of these symptoms, she never really spits up at all and is a generally happy and calm baby. No changes to her feeding or sleeping. No rashes. She has no reaction to breast milk on her skin, she often gets some on her when unlatching during a feeding or I’ve used it directly on her skin to help heal a scratch or baby acne. The only other symptoms she may have are discomfort or fussiness while actively pooping/gassy, and frequent mild congestion, but I feel these are both normal?? Her discomfort is short lived, she is able to be soothed, and we get her boogers with a nose sucker if she seems stuffy or we see them.

Over the last 3 days, since Friday evening, she has had no more blood in any stools. A few poops were green over the weekend, but they’ve since returned to their normal color, and have stayed her normal frequency. I have followed the no dairy no soy diet since the appointment, but I was told it would take 2 weeks to get out of my system, so would I really see results immediately?? My previous diet was extremely dairy heavy, like way more than the average person I am sure. My daily breakfast was Greek yogurt, and my lunch and dinner staples include extra cheese pizza, tacos with cheese and sour cream, chicken Alfredo, grilled cheese and soup, buttered egg noodles, etc. I have craved ice cream my whole pregnancy/postpartum. (Please don’t lecture my diet lol). Plus I am learning there is hidden dairy in literally everything!!!

Possibly unrelated: I was worried before this that she had hand foot mouth or something as she got very tiny blisters on her hands a few days prior. However, no fever, no spread, none on mouth or feet, she doesn’t seem bothered at all, and it was already resolving when we came in about the poop. The doctor said she isn’t sure what would cause this and doesn’t think it is HFM, but it is also unlikely to be related to the blood in stool. Google also says cmpa wouldn’t cause localized blisters on hands like this. The doctor gave the option to follow up with a dermatologist but said we don’t need to if it is already going away and we aren’t concerned. I thought it was almost fully gone away already but a new fluid filled blister showed up today so idk. We will bring it up tomorrow and may follow up.

Does this sound like normal symptoms for cmpa? Is it just more mild? Would the blood be still there if it was cmpa? Is 3 days too soon to tell if it’s gone? Am I being too nonchalant about her symptoms? Does this sound like it could be anything else instead?

She has her regularly scheduled 2 month appointment tomorrow morning, Tuesday. Obviously she will ask for an update on the poop and I’d love to ask if I can discontinue the diet if this doesn’t seem like cmpa, but I don’t want to be selfish or a pain by questioning the doctor. I will continue the diet if I have to as I feel it’s worth it to keep breastfeeding and will hopefully get easier, but this feels like such a big jump to a solution for the one day symptom?? I am having such a hard time with the diet, I’ve cried a few times lol, so I may just be in denial.
