Hi all, ignorantly got an RCD360 thinking it was an RCD 330, I plugged it into my MK5 gti, and it turned off after about 20 minutes and will not turn back on, I was told by the seller I need a canbus gateway but I don’t want to deal with getting it coded and everything.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Can a canbus simulator fix this? Or am I better off just returning it?
Hi all, I’ve recently gotten a MK5 GTi, it’s giving me some trouble with hesitations/power cuts at full load in 3rd/4th at 3-4krpms it then throws a P0087 code.
Seems to only be doing it when the car gets up to temp, it starts fine and idles fine, pulls fine in lower gears.
Fuel filter has just been replaced and didn’t fix it.
Cam follower was done about 16k miles ago
I’m trying to not fire the parts cannon at it, would people recommend a low pressure fuel pump or high pressure fuel pump?
Any way to diagnose what’s going on with OBDeleven?
My NTTD shitter arrived today, absolutely exceeded my expectations, nothing is perfect, bezel is a little off and the 12 o clock markers are lil wonky. But it is an £80 Miyota shitter so I’m well pleased😁
Hi all, looking at my first shitter, I’ve heard good things about Jason’s store on dhgate.
Question really on expectations, I want an Omega Seamaster, and from what I can tell I shouldn’t get anything less than a Miyota movement. Has anyone gotten the NTTD with the NATO band, and were they impressed?
