How long did you stay at your first nursing job?
Made it exactly 2 years and 3 months on med surg and am transitioning to a different unit. I’m actually the odd one out on my unit/people around me. Thus, I couldn’t help but wonder “is there something wrong with me?” “Am I leaving too early in my career?” I’m curious how long you did you stay at your first nursing job esp those who also worked Med surg? I always felt like I was drowning and was counting my days there…
