Sync download folders to NAS and delete old files

Hi, Im looking for an app to upload everything from Downloads folder to my NAS and delete files older than a week

Basically I dont want to keep downloaded files on my phone but so I can still access them in cloud. Like google photo but for files

- I tried using FolderSync, but I can't make it work with file age filter.

- The autosync seems to not have a date filter

- Synology Sync don't have access to Downloads folder

- I really dont want to go with Tasker

Should I replace SD card periodically on PI?

I'm running home assistant for more than 4 years on pi4 on the same Sandisk v30 SD card.

Few days ago I've tried to install music assistant, got 2 restart within a day, removed it, but it makes me thinking, should I replace the SD card from time to time or is there way to check if it's degraded?

I've heard about turning off logging, but IDK how you supposed to troubleshooting issues in this case

I was looking for my first strap a week ago, decided to finally purchase it and you know what, it's price is now really close to the well known leader.

Hi all, my quest 3 has been laying on the shelf for several years already, but I started doing some fitness few weeks ago and now I'm looking for the replacement of the stock strap because I'm sweating a lot after 20 minutes and it's already pretty hot here in Spain.

I'm going to pair one of them with AMVR FC4A.

I'm basically debating between 2:

  • Bobovr S3 PRO for 90EUR because of vent
  • Kkcobvr Q3 pro because it's twice cheaper and many reviewers like how it sits on the head.

Notes:

  1. I've see the Kkcobvr K3 interface with fan, but since I'm wearing contact lenses it may be not for me
  2. I've seen this great review, but it's not answering the fitness sweat aspect.
  3. I don't care about the battery. I need only 30 minutes

---

OK, I just saw the AMVR BS1, but there are no googd review about it and it costs the same as Bobvr
