ITAW for "color-blind" discrimination other than racism?
Like when someone says they "don't see" gender, class, etc. when someone else calls them out on being biased.
I know when it's racism they call it "color-blind racism," but is there a corresponding term for other kinds of prejudice?

I feel silly for not getting this, does it have to do with how old fashioned stoves worked?
