He said two cars came just like Tabitha and Jade before everyone died. And that’s why they’re special.
This whole time, until I started rewatching, my head canon was that it was Miranda and Jades old reincarnation in the two cars that came. Just like jade and Tabitha. Because I figured they always got there at the same time. But no?? Because when the two cars got there the “first time,” Victor was already there!!
