
Help: “Not Connected” keeps happening. 😭
SOLVED. See edit.
I keep getting this error message. I unplug the router, reset everything, update all the devices, etc. And then! Magic! Everything works. 30 minutes later, I get this nonsense again.
I’ve cycled through twice now. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Past posts say it’s the router but this particular error *just* started happening. I’m not sure what’s wrong. Any insight is very much appreciated.
EDIT: Thanks to @jjjon_l for helping me realize that Sonos is confused about which network to connect to bc the Eero network and Xfinity gateway were both broadcasting under the same Wi-Fi name. I’m not sure why this suddenly became an issue after years of working fine, but it does seem to be the cause.
I switched the gateway to bridge mode and all the devices showed up on the eero mesh again. (yes I will replace the xfinity one with something better but for now I'm just happy this issue is resovled!!!!!).
