Can't see a rheumatologist until mid-August

Hi all-

I have suspended PsA. I basically have all the synonyms. Psoriasis, joint pain, dactylitis.

I cant see a rhumatologist for a few more months. How do I cope with the pain until then? I cant take advil every single day. I use ice and heat but idk how much it helps.

I am, however seeing my primary care provider and a podiatrist this week. Any suggestions on how to advocate for myself during these appointments?

Seeking some perspective

My son is now 5 months old. At 3.5 months, his sleep regression hit hard so we began to cosleep. After some time, he was able to tolerate his crib a little bit again. But then we moved houses, and since then he has been absolutely refusing any time at all in the crib. Its been about 3 weeks in the new house and basically no improvement with the crib.

Im ok with cosleeping, but the goal is to have him sleep in the crib just for the first half of the night. I really miss having my own sleep space.

What should I do? Keep trying with the crib or give up completely? I get so frustrated every night and I think he does too with each failed crib transfer.
