Anyway, what size frames do you buy to fit a 40x50 nicely ?

I’m trying the combo patch as I can’t tolerate progesterone. Switching from Estrogel - 2 pumps to estalis sequi 50/140

It seems the patch is having less estrogen for me, noticing I’m getting tired and less energy after the first week. So I’m adding a touch of gel as a top up.

I see there is a 50/250 estalis sequi that has more progestin - wouldn’t that balance out the extra gel if I do need that long term ?

Also I see there’s an estalis that has both estrogen and progestin in every patch, not just every 2 weeks - what is the use case for that one, compared with the one I’m on ?

My gynae and endocrinologist are pushing for hysterectomy, which has its risks so I’m trying everything to avoid it. My gynae didn’t answer this question and sent me a surgery leaflet instead.

Got swapped to estalis sequi patches 50/140

Been a week and I feel physically crappy and have no energy and last night had insomnia due to anxiety. Riding my horse today I had anxiety from sound that triggered adrenaline - I haven’t had this since starting hrt.

I’m guessing that the patch Estrogel dose is too low ?

I couldn’t find any data to compare, I guess individual skin absorption is a thing too

I end up bedridden without the right level of estrogen, so I’m super worried right now

Just fyi for anyone looking at this, tech is largely outsourced to Infosys offshore - headcount keeps getting cut in redundancies

They also love to make a show of supporting women in tech, the reality is vastly different. Also bullying is rife.

Hopefully this warning saves someone from a lot of pain and suffering.
