Finally got mine!

Just mere months after my Dad ordered his 2025 base 4-door with a few dealer upgrades, I wandered back to the dealership looking at Mavericks and found this highway-mileaged used 2025 2-door base model with 80k on the clock. Virtually identical in almost every way to his but with two less doors and a different front grille and headlights. I traded my factory-ordered 2022 Ranger and got a very sweet deal in the process.

Honestly despite the 80k miles on it, it does not even feel like it’s got that many miles.

I’ve already got a list of upgrades ready. 😁
Bring on the adventures!

I (35M) dating, with difficulty, 36M for three weeks...and I'm exhausted.

I'm still working through my thoughts, on top of exhaustion and stress from work and what I'm essentially boiling down to a situationship with a guy I met through a local gays group on social media.

We talked for weeks, met for a local pride event, hit it off, and there was a LOT of chemistry. He's also, unfortunately, going through some tough personal times, to include losing his home, pushing him into a shelter. Through reasons I'm not at liberty to bring up, he was booted out of one shelter and sent to another, and in the process, managed to wind up in a hospital with his phone taken from him. Another story I'm not at liberty to say. I didn't know about this for almost a week nevertheless and honestly thought he ghosted me, which sent me for a tailspin.

Earlier this week I eventually found out about most of this, and everything is suddenly strained, to the point of him guilt-tripping me over having plans with a long-time friend of mine of 22 years. That to me is already a glaring red flag.

He's absolutely great fun to be around, but leaving me in the dark (even if unintentional) for a week and then getting upset when I've already had plans to see my friend after a small absence to the point of guilt tripping me for not saying yes immediately to wanting to meet this weekend just cut me the wrong way. I have the time, but he won't listen to reason.

Surely I'm not going insane and there are guys out there who respect the fact that their dating partner/significant other has friends and independence, right?

And surely, there will be another guy in my life at some point who has this amazing chemistry and isn't like this? Right? I've been single most of my life, I've had three relationships (two of which barely last a year) and frankly still feel like I'm 23 and don't know anything. It's nice to be someone's love interest but, damn is it always this hard or just me? I digress, and vent nonetheless.

I need some advice and input here fellow gays.
