Getting ready for an art show

Getting ready for an art show

Did most of these paintings in the early 2020s but never did more than paint them. Now going to a show in September and finishing them by printing frames and adding an epoxy topcoat. This is about 3/4s and still working on the big pieces. Hope I can get everything done.

Any way to find out death count?

Would be curious to find out if I'm guilty of any war crimes.

  • How many of my troops have given up their lives?
  • How many enemies have I defeated/defended against?

HRR216PDA - Manual or auto-choke? Missing thermowax actuator?

Hello. I recently bought an HRR216PDA and started having issues when move the throttle from slow to fast (turtle to rabbit) engine starts to stall out. I read about the thermowax actuator going bad so have a couple questions:

- Does the HRR216PDA actually have manual or auto-choke?

- Is the opening in the center just to the left of the brighter silver plate where it would go?

Thank you for any help on this.

What's your own favorite painting?

This is one of my first paintings back in late 2020 I think. This was when I was doing flames. I wish I could replicate this look but haven't had luck because I didn't record how I did this one 😟

What is your favorite you've done and are you able to replicate the process?

New frames for my older paintings

Recently purchased Bambu Lab P2S. Working on creating retrofit frames for paintings that already had different frames from an older style/version I designed a few years ago. They fit over the existing frames. I am very pleased with this new version and have a lot to print out to cover any paintings that have the older frames.

Hello. I am finally going to try to sell some paintings at a local art show in September. Getting my paintings ready but now noticing that paintings I put an epoxy resin topcoat on seem like they’re either blocking or glowing themselves and the fluorescent paints underneath are not glowing. First picture has ones on the left that aren’t coated yet and one on the right has a resin topcoat, then second picture shows under UV light.

I am worried that the paintings will lose their glow. Is there a resin topcoat that either doesn’t block UV or doesn’t react to UV (that bluish glow)? Thank you for any help with this.
