Is this normal? PE, first flush, still growing and doesn't stop.

This is my first flush for Penis Envy. I just tried squishing the stem to see if it's marshmallow-like, but it's still hard. I have no other pins growing. Only this giant and two smaller ones. When should I harvest it?

(They grow so much they don't fit in the monotub 💀💀💀)

Need Help. Is this ready to Fruit?

First time with the growbag. Used liquid Penis Envy spores about 1.5 month ago, kept it in the dark place and broke the substrate when the grain was about 40% colonized. Now about 3 weeks later it looks like this, and I'm not sure if it's ready to fruit or should I give it another week or two.
