I'm looking to get lvp installed in the whole house, including the kitchen. This will cause me to have to get a new island. What's recommended, install an island before the floor, so that it's built onto the subfloor, or can I wait until after the floor is done and put my island on top of the lvp?

I'm ok driving on the bay bridge, but I don't like to drive it when it's 2 way. Is there a way to know the 2 way in advance so that I can prepare or just go up and around? I watch the live cameras, but it's not an optimal way to schedule.
