Failed interviews
How many interviews did you guys fail before getting a new project? I got a project on my second interview, (still working there) but I'm chasing higher pay and now failed 26 in a row and 4 of them are partial interviews 🫤
Under review = not qualified/not selected
Every time I see my application status change to Under Review, I already assume I didn't get the job.
In my experience, it's happened over 20 times, and every single one ended with Not Qualified or Not Selected. The only time my application went straight to Hiring Manager Review, I got the job.
Has anyone else noticed this pattern, or is it just a coincidence?
Eligibility for new projects while currently assigned
Is it true that if you are currently working on a project and apply for another project, you cannot pass the interview or get selected? I heard that you need to be free from your current project before you can qualify and be chosen for a new one.
AI interviews
I did 11 interviews and passed only 1. They are really generic and annoying, every time you need to introduce yourself. The odds of passing are less than 10%. Trying to get a higher paying job than the one I have now and it feels impossible. I can't pass a interview where they hire over 1000 positions for a specific job, but I passed where they needed only 30, this is ridiculous. Seems like gambling if you say a specific word or so than the AI will pass you. Than the questions are not even about the position, they ask you stuff from a CEO, BOSS or LEADER prespective but the position is not that level, really nonsens. Than some interviews are over 1 hour long, not gonna waste that amount of time for just to get a rejection.

It's been almost a month now and I'm still waiting for any update. Has anyone waited this long or longer for any feedback? 🙄
