Only plinked a few mags with it and had it jam on me (most likely due to improper loading from stiff mag lips) I’ve got a 4UANTUM Magnus Pro MCX Hop up Chamber currently in customs. Gun has a really nice feel & build. Curious to see how this preforms.

Notes: Currently my favorite GBBR. This thing is a beast. I use it indoors, outdoors, daytime, night time (with tracers). In stock form I wasn’t a fan of the plastic grip and hand guard so I swapped those out pretty quickly. I’ve had Zero missfeeds & zero jams. Only issue I encountered was the original folding stuck button eventually rattled itself out due to recoil. had to get a replacement part.

Notes: was my go to before the Ssaiga 12k (Streamlight and Eotech were swapped over to the saiga). DH modded mags are pretty fun but high maintenance. I had one fail on me and converted it back to green gas (which actually feels more reliable and less prone to leak). Having to hit up a paintball store to get 20oz C02 cans refill is also a bit of a hassle. Had to file down the front of the hopup chamber due to excessive wear and tear which caused major feeding issues, but it’s all good now.

Notes: best gun I’ve ever used out of the box. The stock QD suppressor has an extended inner barrel which makes it perfectly use-able for outdoors. Most of the external mods I’ve done were out of boredom. Issues I’ve encounter were user inflected. i.e broken feed lips from accidentally mag drops and getting mags dirty when playing outdoors (due to glock mags) which causes all sorts of feeding issues.

Notes: I’m a fan of resident evil hence the conversion kit to get it to look like the RE2/RE3 Remake “Lightning Hawk custom”. This Gun is ridiculous and fun to shoot. I don’t have a holster for it in its 10” configuration, so I’ll bring it out if doing pistols only game. The stock L6 railed barrel is also pretty nice. Only issues I’ve encounter is the slide randomly locking back when firing due to the excessive recoil from a warm mag.

Notes: Launcher are cool and all but it’s all about the grenades I’ve used all sorts including TAGinn for “anti-vehicle larp” / custom foam rounds for “less lethal larp” a large assortment of different shower grenades, and IMO nothing beats the Mad bull XM-204’s running off 850 PSI HPA+ with a mix of.12g+.20g bbs (Maybe Taggin pyro rounds are cooler but those are hard to get here (Canada), have limited use case, and are like $20 a pop) I use to have 20x XM-204s but I’m down to 18. These things are close to 2 decades old and still going strong (they are built extremely well + I maintain them) also recently started using these with 3d printed directional trip wire traps for special events.
Here's my Honda City Turbo Build!
First time working on a Tamiya ABS plastic hard body.
I used Ironlak acrylic spray paint, a black paint pen & opted for a Williams FW14 inspired livery.
Decals are from MCI which are a reproduction of the Tamiya F102 FW14 Decals. The decals sheet included helmet decals and I had a spare F1 head so I opted for Nigel Mansell to pilot this instead of Wild Willy
The tires on most of the photos are Tamiya 956 Group C sponges - I opted to stick the tire decals onto them since that car is a shelf queen for me and just use them for the photos before swapping back to the stock rubber tires.
The chassis is pretty much stock with the exception of ball bearings. might upgrade later + add LEDs and a engine sound module in the future.
Seems like the prices go up every time i get a surprise bag here. the est. value also went up to $40 (I think it use to be $32)
