6/4/26 Received a bill of $82 from state of Colorado revenue dept for late payment of income tax.

For some reason my state income tax was fully paid on 4/17/26. Two days late.

This despite having my :

3/13/26 Federal income tax accepted and refund received 3/18/06

3/13/26 State income tax accepted

I don't understand what happened. Is this a TURBOTAX problem or state problem? Did somehow I choose a late date for the state tax payment?
