hey everyone
i've been using Torbox for quite a bit now. i'm the kind of guy who switches debrid services now and then but the main issue i always have with torbox is the playback start time and skipping. it always takes a couple of seconds to start. the same thing happens when i try to seek or skip forward it's quite annoying and i just can't get used to it.
real-debrid and alldebrid on the other hand are very fast. it feels like i'm playing a video directly from YouTube. most of the time I was on real-debrid but as you probably know their new keyword filters completely messed everything up. i have no idea how rd is doing right now, and I'm obviously not going to buy all three different services just to test them all out.
i still want to give torbox a shot but i run into this exact same problem every single time i come back to it. and before anyone asks, my internet speed is 50 mbps and someone told me the auto cdn feature on torbox is broken so i manually forced it to the weur server since it's closest to me. unfortunately that did absolutely nothing to fix it.
why not switch to alldebrid completely? setting up alldebrid with aiostreams is pain because of all the confirmations. plus it’s not as popular as the other two services and brand new episodes that drop don't appear cached after 30 to 60 minutes like they do on torbox and real-debrid.
does anyone have the same problem or am i doing something wrong?
Hey everyone, I’m 17, a pretty skinny guy, and my posture has been terrible since I was about 13. Growing up, I was the guy who just stayed inside playing video games because I didn't really have friends to go out with. I spent years slumped over a desk, and my back is paying the price now.
It’s gotten to the point where I'm uncomfortable every single day. I literally don't know how to explain it. Is it pain? I have no idea. It’s hard for me to even sit in a chair properly. At home, I have to tuck my left leg under my butt just to keep myself from sliding out of the chair, which I think created a weird muscle imbalance. At school, I obviously can’t do that, so I end up sliding way down in those hard, flat wooden chairs and leaning entirely on my upper back. It’s comfortable for about three minutes, and then the pain kicks in.
Recently, I had a month off from school. I started looking up posture exercises on YouTube and only remembered floor angels, wall angels and some other exercise name I don't remember. I started doing them every morning and evening for just 2 to 3 minutes. The difference was insane. Within 3 days, my body was naturally holding itself up without me forcing it. I kept it up for about a week or so and felt quite good and confident, at least in my own house.
But then school started again, and I feel like all my progress was reset. I’m so insecure about my posture around people that I constantly strain my back trying to force it to look straight, which just causes massive pain. The second I'm back in those school chairs, I go right back to slouching.
On top of that, a new problem started yesterday. While doing floor angels, my arm started aching badly and didn't stop until the next morning. I tried doing them again today, and the ache came right back. It aches, I have to take breaks just to type this. If anyone could recommend some advice, or at least exercises that are good for skinny people like me, you could say muscle barely at all, but that would be overexaggerating but i am still underweight you get the point.
