My Galaxy S25 Ultra recently updated to One UI 8.5 and I am getting duplicate pop up notifications when my phone is unlocked (I am attaching a picture of the issue that someone else posted on this sub over 1 year ago but that post wasn't much help to resolve it). Has anyone been able to fix this?
I was using the tslim previously and would always enter calibrations on the pump, not the Dexcom G7 app. On occasion I'd get calibration errors but other than that, it always showed the calibration was accepted in the pump history. I recently switched to Mobi last week and am on a sensor session that I started yesterday. I've added a few calibrations in the Mobi app but only just noticed that in the history that every single one of them was rejected. I don't recall seeing an error pop up to let me know they were rejected, similar to what the tslim did. I just added my calibration to the Dexcom G7 app and it worked. Just want to know others' experience and if I should just do calibrations in the Dexcom G7 app itself going forward.
I just got my Mobi today and am using the app on a Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra. I'm noticing that on the app logo there is a red "1" that doesn't seem to be connected to any alerts in the app that need to be addressed/cleared. Any idea how to remove this notification or what is causing it?
