Open question: What will need to be fixed/done in the coming years?

This new change to NHS information got me spiraling a bit and I was trying to think about everything that's happened over the past few years. Ones that came to mind immediately where Cass, SC ruling and the guidance. But then more and more kept popping into my head.

What would your list of fixes be if you were made PM tomorrow. I'll start.

>Full reversal of the Cass review's implementation

>Trans inclusive amendment to the EA2010

>Dismantle the the GIC system and implement the informed consent model at the GP level.

>End Labour's new "trans Section 28".

>Undo the effects of the Sullivan review and restore our right to medical privacy.

I'm sure I'm missing a lot.
