I originally come from a handcraft/manual work background, but over time I realized that I actually enjoy communication, customer contact and organizational work much more.

My long-term goal is to work location independently.

I honestly wanted to ask:

Do you know companies or fields that hire remote workers for:

- customer support
- chat support
- email communication
- appointment coordination
- basic office/support tasks

I am not looking for “easy money”.

I am looking for a serious long-term remote opportunity.

Any advice or recommendations would really help.

Hallo zusammen,

ich komme selbst aus dem Alltag kleiner Handwerksbetriebe und habe inzwischen ehrlich gesagt das Gefühl, dass viele Betriebe heute nicht an der Arbeit scheitern — sondern an der Organisation rundherum.

Die fachliche Arbeit passt oft.
Die Leute können was.
Aber im normalen Alltag geht organisatorisch extrem viel unter.

Zum Beispiel:

• Kundenanfragen bleiben tagelang offen
• Rückrufe passieren zu spät oder gar nicht
• Termine werden falsch weitergegeben
• niemand fühlt sich wirklich zuständig
• alte Kunden werden nie wieder kontaktiert
• Bewertungen bleiben unbeantwortet
• WhatsApp, Anrufe, E-Mails und Zettel laufen gleichzeitig
• auf der Baustelle ist Stress und im Büro bleibt alles liegen

Und am Ende hört man dann oft:

„Die Arbeit war eigentlich gut, aber erreichbar war nie jemand.“

oder:

„Der Betrieb meldet sich einfach nicht mehr.“

Ich glaube ehrlich gesagt, dass viele kleine Betriebe heute weniger ein Fachproblem haben, sondern eher ein Problem mit Organisation, Kommunikation und Zeit im Alltag.

Gerade im Handwerk ist ständig Druck:
Baustelle, Material, Termine, Mitarbeiter, Kunden, Notfälle.

Da bleibt alles Schriftliche oft automatisch hinten liegen.

Mich würde wirklich interessieren:

Seht ihr das ähnlich?
Oder erlebt ihr das komplett anders?
