Tint installer used higher percent film than requested?

Just got my car tinted yesterday and asked for 35% pinnacle on front two windows. After I paid I was given warranty card which read pinnacle 40% applied. I asked about it and was told higher was necessary to achieve true 35% darkness due to the existing stock tint on my windows. Just curious if this is standard practice.

Stupid question but when do you put the fins on?

I have a new inflatable fishing kayak which uses attachable fins, and I noticed they are flimsy enough that they won't really support the weight of the boat on land without bending and breaking. So do I put them on after inflating while holding the boat sideways, and then bring it deep enough into the water they don't touch bottom? How do you guys do it?

Are self bailing holes worth it or just more of a hassle?

I've been looking at this kayak online that's inflatable with holes to let water out and a reviewer said water gets in through them and pools a little. This worries me. Are they easy to plug? These aren't perfectly round, more like gashes. Anyone know anything about this?

Normal for tube to be a quite bit bigger than rim?

New to cycling and trying to change my tube. Tire said 700 by 32 so I ordered tubes that are 700 by 25 to 32. Thing is when I slightly inflate the tube and put it on the rim it's loose by an inch or two. Is this normal?

Does a longer lever mean a harder throw?

If so why don't pitchers all have freakishly long arms?

How do you guys handle insomnia?

I have my cdl but haven't accepted a job yet. One big concern is sometimes I struggle to sleep and don't function next day well if I don't and I can't imagine being sleep deprived with 600 miles to go. Does this ever happen? What do you do if it does?
