So i haven't been practicing too much recently so thats why im extra confused but also a little worried.
Last night I was really really paranoid like I couldn't gts for some reason, I was tossing and turning, and my head felt kinda floaty (i didnt think too much of it but I think all details matter)
But long story short this morning my sister told me and my dad she stayed up the whole night bc she couldn't gts bc she was scared and felt like things were watching her.
So now im like shi did I do something or invite something in? I was watching astral projection content so maybe thats it? Eugh like idk, my family is christian so if I say anything I KNOW they're gonna like shun me or something😔
This is my sister's first time experiencing something like this, she was never really religious beforehand so this is crazy it happened on the SAME NIGHT I was feeling really really paranoid.

Do yall know where to buy beads with actual large holes that can fit bigger locs? Shoot even medium sized locs 😭 all the ones I get i can only fit on my smaller locs even tho they r labeled "large holes"
