Did it happen with everyone or is it just me?

I got an email in which visit health opd benefits were mentioned. They have mentioned that claims from now on will have 20% co- payment.

Hi, I have been on meds for a year now, earlier I was on 20 mg inspiral SR twice a day but last month my dr shifted me to concerta 36 mg. I have a feeling that concerta is not that much effective and it still causes fidgeting. I found a chart in concerta meds which says for 20 mg Methylphenidate IR twice or thrice a day we should take 72 mg concerta.

Does anyone has any idea about dose comparison or know that IR dosage is equivalent to SR dosages?

SR- Sustained release

IR- Immediate release
