Just got the competition upper from taurus going to keep the normal base upper for brrt mode and the competition for actual practice i have a titanium 22 on its way and want to shoot it with the can on to zero once I throw a 407k on it but I cant get that protector off feels really really on there best way to remove it???

I've tried all combos and its not fitting correctly am I missing something? Do I need different screws or plate?
