Removing old coaxial drop cables not attached to property

I have a property without cable service and dangling coaxial cable in my yard. The cable appears to be clipped to the utility wire and my guess is the cable is attached to a neighbor’s pole, but I’ve got this coax cable on the ground. How can this safely be removed? Will Spectrum do it even if I no longer have the cable service?

Is Conservatism in the US generally moving towards State intervention?

I know this sub will have strong detractors, but with Trumpism and a seeming resurgence of paternalistic conservatives, has mainstream conservative thought moved completely beyond Reaganism’s limited government?

I know W at least paid lip service to it, and many conservatives still talk about reducing the size of government, but in practice that really hasn’t been the case. So is the era of Big Government back?

Anyone have alternative fertilizer recommendations?

I tried Scott’s and so many other granular fertilizers, but the only thing my St Augustine lawn really responded well to was pelleted chicken compost. I only wish I bought enough for one application.

Now my wife and kids will revolt if they have to smell chicken shit for another week or can’t play outside when they are out of school.

I mostly need nitrogen (I missed too many fertilizer windows) so I’m willing to try urea but worried I will overdue it.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

What does social cohesion mean to you?

Asking for personal examples of what it is in your life and first hand experience, rather than a definition from a Google search. What is an example of how you experience this in daily life?

Was there a local tax you felt wasn’t justified?

Considering your local measures, was there ever a tax you felt wasn’t worth voting for, or voted against because the wording of the bill was suspect?

Does anyone want to get rid of the filibuster?

This comes up in every administration now. Given this sub obviously no one here would advocate it now, but assuming government control switches the other way, would it finally be time to do away with it? Or go back to the talking filibuster?

For those that say no, how bad do you believe it will be?

Is there anyone here that used to believe in doing so before but since changed their minds?

Did the US have a major problem with alcohol abuse in the 19th century?

If the temperance movement was a reaction to cultural phenomenon, is it fair to say that the US had a much more severe problem with alcoholism than is commonly known or discussed? Given other countries’ temperance bans seemed to stem from war rationing is it fair to say that it was a bigger problem in America?

Conservatives with children, what kind of “3rd spaces” do your kids have to hang out with their friends? And has it changed since you were growing up?

This is a topic that isn’t inherently political, but I wonder how it affects people differently. There is a common refrain that teenagers have fewer places outside of school and home to be with friends compared with what I had 25+ years ago. Is this something your kids are navigating today?

What role should governments play in treating mental health problems, if at all?

And could the government role be spearheaded from the top if local government doesn’t want to do anything?

You can see the tire marks from his truck and the crack is much larger than what would normally happen from improper curing. For concrete so new, does the process to patch it differ from patching fully cured concrete?

Edit: not 5 min after posting the contractor texted that they are removing and and pouring again. Jackhammering if now as I type. Thanks for the feedback
