Explain presale like I’m dumb
I am NOT a concert goer. But I am a lover of Jonas Brothers, and a mom to a music loving party animal and I think we are going to attempt her first big concert. She has multiple disabilities and I am stressing about getting accessible seats. I don’t understand all these different pre-sales and I don’t think any of them are things I have access to. What is “artist presale”? Is there a way to sign up for that? How hard is it going to be for me to actually get tickets when they fully go on sale?
What do I need to know? I don’t know if I’ve bought a concert ticket in the past decade at least so I’m clueless.
Info if it matters: we want to go to the San Antonio show. My kid is 8. We need wheelchair access, but we could make a low-mobility option work as long as I could get her in her wheelchair to our section then she can get out and walk and do a few stairs if needed. We will also be requesting an ASL interpreter. She also has a significant visual impairment. The only way for her to actually see would be literally front row, so her ability to see isn’t a big factor into our seats. A straight line of sight towards the stage so she can see where the lights and sound are coming from would be nice, but I’m not sure how much vision she will even be able to use in such a chaotic place.
Do I even have a chance at getting accessible seats if I wait until regular sale? Do I have any presale options?
