MSG help

What is everyone doing for outfits. I know they said red but I had the idea to do a Taylor Swift inspired Knicks shirt saying “KNICKS JONAS”. Not sure what I am going to do!

If you were to rank Zac Efron, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, Shawn Mendes, and Jesse McCartney based on how popular each of them was at the peak of their careers, what would the ranking look like?

High School Musical and the Jonas Brothers became genuine cultural phenomena and achieved massive popularity. Nick and Joe both had successful solo careers, and the Jonas Brothers’ reunion also went very well. Zac Efron has established himself as a highly successful and respected actor. Jesse McCartney was also extremely popular among teenagers during the 2000s. Shawn Mendes had a string of worldwide hits, and his relationship with Camila Cabello also attracted a lot of attention. He wasn’t a Disney star, but I included him because he performed a song for the ending credits of Descendants. So, what would the ranking be?

I find it so frustrating when artists announce a tour the day before presale

Maybe I'm just out of the loop but I just saw announcements for the Burning Up Tour yesterday. The presale is tomorrow. It just gives no time to save for tickets. I wish there was more notice.

I know that there is a general sale, but we are all aware that presale is the optimal way to purchase tickets.

I guess it doesn't matter because I live in a city that is never chosen as a stop by any artist and most of the dates are week nights and a min 3/4 hours away.

Don't mean to rant I've seen JB before, but haven't been able to swing it these last few tours as I'm a grad student.

Montreal/quebec people, what do we do for the show this time? Do we wait?

Really want to see the show but right now they only go to Toronto and it’s like Each. Time. If i was to take tickets to the toronto one i’d have to take 3 days off (i dont have a car and live in quebec city so i’d have to take the train and it would take me 10h to go (vs 3-4 for mtl), plus hotel. The thing is, they always add mtl after they sold Toronto, but me and my friends always panic that this time will be different and sometimes plan a whole trip to Toronto while we could have just went to mtl! The tickets are more expensive this time too. What do we do😭 is it gonna be different this time!? Do we wait and risk it?! 😫 what do you guys think?

Everything we know about the show so far

The lift for that’s just the way we roll is back.

They have a way to showcase the flips without them actually doing them. (my guess is a video but I would really love it if they stopped the show to bring out stunt doubles lol)

The sign going on fire during burning up

The og outfits are back.

What we don’t know yet

The hello beautiful lifts (they should be back they only cost around 5 grand which is a lot for us but not for a major tour)

Joe using the camera during video girl (he did it last year so I don’t see why this isn’t back)

The foam cannons (Nick openly talked about hating this and he refused to do it in 09 so I don’t know if they’ll be back maybe they compromise and use
Confetti cannons instead but I really want the foam back)

The burning up water drums (probably will be)

They talked about modernization of the set whatever that means (my guess is brighter lights a higher resolution video screen and other boring bits we won’t notice)

Guys I’m freaking out because I got floor seats to the burning up tour and it’s just peak nostalgia for me 🤩

I remember going to see this tour when I was younger and it was the peak of my childhood. I had posters all over my walls and ceiling and went to so many shows but I’m over the moon I was able to get floor seats for this!!!

Anyways sorry to disrupt your usual posts but I haven’t seen the boys in decades and I feel like I’m going to have a heartattack rn. Honestly I’m having a panic attack from joy and that’s so rare but I’m embracing it and posting so I’m sorry if I’m rambling but OMG IM SO EXCITED! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I was hoping to get super close seats but we only got the notification and access to tickets now and I’m just happy we still got floor seats! Anyways hope everyone gets awesome seats and is super excited!!!!!!!

And don’t get me wrong I love all their new music but I’m super excited for this tour revival and think it’ll be just such a blast!!! 💖

Update: I have the best wife ever and she realized how hard it would be for me to see the show (I’m 5’2-5’3 depends on the day 😂) so she went ahead and got us floor seats 10 rows in right where the catwalk ends so I’m soooooo excited and so lucky!

Our wedding anniversary is on the 20th of September so we are celebrating 7 years of marriage so we did splurge a bit!! What a way to celebrate our anniversary!!!!

Pop Punk Jonas Brothers fans, rise up!

Last summer, I made a post on here listing all of the emo/pop punk bands the Jonas Brothers brought out as special guests on tour with them. I never got around to updating it but in addition to that list, they also performed with:

Sum 41, The Maine, The Veronicas, Mae, Yellowcard, Phantom Planet, Andrew McMahon, and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus! It was insane. You never knew what band/artist was gonna make a surprise appearance.

That being said, it sounds like all of those collaborations inspired them to finally make new music in that vein again. And, yes, I say “again” because It’s About Time, Self-Titled and A Little Bit Longer are all Pop Punk Lite/adjacent.

In my experience, there’s a lot more overlap among pop punk fans and Jonas fans than people might realize 😂💀 So I thought this was pretty newsworthy. The Paradox and All Time Low are also coming out as support on their upcoming tour!

Do you think we can wait to get tix closer to the date or is demand gonna be really high for this one?

For most arena show these days, including the last 2 JB tours, I bought tix very close to the event because there were a ton still avail and resale prices dropped.

I’m wondering if the nostalgia factor for this tour is going to make it more popular?? This is the most excited I’ve been for something Jonas related since they announced their reunion in 2019 lol. ALBL was their most successful album and came out at their peak so I think a lot of people feel connected to it and would wanna see it again!

Explain presale like I’m dumb

I am NOT a concert goer. But I am a lover of Jonas Brothers, and a mom to a music loving party animal and I think we are going to attempt her first big concert. She has multiple disabilities and I am stressing about getting accessible seats. I don’t understand all these different pre-sales and I don’t think any of them are things I have access to. What is “artist presale”? Is there a way to sign up for that? How hard is it going to be for me to actually get tickets when they fully go on sale?

What do I need to know? I don’t know if I’ve bought a concert ticket in the past decade at least so I’m clueless.

Info if it matters: we want to go to the San Antonio show. My kid is 8. We need wheelchair access, but we could make a low-mobility option work as long as I could get her in her wheelchair to our section then she can get out and walk and do a few stairs if needed. We will also be requesting an ASL interpreter. She also has a significant visual impairment. The only way for her to actually see would be literally front row, so her ability to see isn’t a big factor into our seats. A straight line of sight towards the stage so she can see where the lights and sound are coming from would be nice, but I’m not sure how much vision she will even be able to use in such a chaotic place.

Do I even have a chance at getting accessible seats if I wait until regular sale? Do I have any presale options?

I swear we’re the only fan base upset when their favorite act goes on tour

Why are we upset the boys are giving us their all. And for those worried the venues will be empty good that makes ticket prices cheaper for us anyway. Also I’m starting to believe they actually all are broke atp.
