Feral baby, now 2 months old but reflecting on when I first found her on my back porch, probably only a few days old in this pic. I was able to trap momma and have been raising her and her 3 kittens ever since :’)

Help identifying gender to lock in on names (swipe for nsfw lol)
Been raising these kittens with their feral momma, going on 6 weeks. Orange is named orange (OJ for short) but haven’t locked down a name for the other two so suggestions welcomed!! Thanks!

First time foster, kittens were found on my back porch. I was able to trap the feral mom and now her and the three kittens are happy and being cared for.
The orange kitty has a weird bump scab near the end of his tail and below his tail near the base. Any insight onto what this might be and how to treat it?
