Web design for a real estate project
Just wanted to share one of my recent web design projects for a fictional local real estate project.
Hope this can inspire somebody. Would love to hear what you think!

Just wanted to make this post for someone who might be just starting out with Framer and is currently stuck on something.
If that’s you, don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it soon.
But if you’ve been banging your head against the same problem for hours and feel like you could use a hand, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to take a look and see if I can help.
Could be anything from a weird responsive issue to CMS, custom code, animations, or just something that doesn’t seem to work the way it should.
Just wanted to share another local commercial real estate project I completed recently. This project has advanced features such as interactive floor-plans, advanced multi-reference filtering, custom map and etc.
Would love to hear your feedback!

Hey everyone! This is not an easy post to make, but it must be done.
For more than a year, I have been building my web design business, and I have reached the point where I can no longer live from it on its own, therefore, I am looking to join an established web design agency/studio!
I have been working with local real estate developers, making quite advanced custom solutions. Therefore, if you like my design skills, you will like my problem-solving and technical skills :)
So, if your studio could use someone who's spent real hours in the weeds with overrides, CMS quirks, and custom interactions — I'd love to talk. Portfolio and examples in my Framer profile framer.com/@elevn
Just wanted to share my attempt at the latest Framer Hackathon. This was my first time ever participating in a hackathon, so it was such a unique and a bit stressful experience.

(Sound only works in preview)
My idea for this hackathon was to create a realistic looking record player, that could be interacted with (drag and lower/lift tonearm, flip record side), browse records and swap them with the currently active one as well as add new albums. But sadly I wasn't able to finish with all my ideas in time...
What went wrong:
Half a day was working on a 3D record player tonearm that a user could interact with, however this idea had to be scrapped.. With 5-6hours left I had to do it a lot simpler.
What was done:
I was able to create an interactive experience with the moving tonearm, even though I had a lot more planned I am still happy with the result. You can play one vinyl (both sides play), the tonearm is interactive (you have to lower it on the vinyl for it to play), and it looks realistic, which was the most important idea I had.
Will definitely participate in future Challenges and Hackathons, now with a bit more experience.
Let me know what you think about my creation and leave a like if you feel like it! ;)
Just wanted to share, that today I became a Framer Expert. I am super excited this finally happened.
Other Framer Experts, do you often get projects/leads being an expert?
Just wanted to share my latest web project for a real estate developer.
For this one, I took an existing website and rebuilt it in my own style and vision. The whole project was built in Framer, which meant all the real estate features had to be created using custom components and code overrides. It wasn’t the easiest thing to figure out, but I’m really happy with how it turned out.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on it, and feel free to share it with someone in the real estate space. ;)
P.S. It’s a local project, so don’t mind the language.

Just wanted to share what I’ve been working on recently. This is a real estate development project featuring an interactive floor and apartment selection with hover/load animations as well as parameter based filtering. This is only the Availability page, I’ll share the full site design soon.
Curious to see your thoughts on this. 😄

I specialize in creating web solutions for real estate developers. Most of my work focuses on unique commercial projects - each with its own dedicated website featuring interactive floor and apartment selection, custom maps, and advanced filtering.
I’ve also worked on smaller, suburban style developments, where each project still gets its own tailored website.

Why aren’t interactive features like floorplans with live availability more common yet in project websites?
What’s usually the real blocker?
– Budget constraints
– Tight project timelines
– Difficulty finding the right people to build it
– Or simply that it’s not that effective in your market
Genuinely interested to hear how this is approached in different regions.
PS. This is from a local project I’m working on, so don’t mind the language.
From what I’ve seen, this doesn’t seem to be a global standard. In many markets, new developments are still presented through listing platforms or primitive landing pages with pdf information.
But here in Lithuania it’s a different story. Almost every larger real estate project has its own dedicated website, often with advanced previews, interactive visuals, and even full apartment selection straight in the website.
So I am curious, is this common in your market too, or I just didn't find the correct examples?
Also, why do you think advanced floor/apartment selection is not a “must have” in today’s real estate websites?
