Burning down there

I’m a 16-year-old girl and I’ve had a burning sensation in my vaginal area since I was a child. It only used to happen when I didn’t drink enough water and then faded after a few minutes when I drank a lot, but now it comes and goes without a clear reason. Sometimes it’s worse after I pee or it starts burning out of nowhere, but other days it’s barely noticeable . During a recent 5-day trip, I didn’t have it at all, but it came back afterwards.
I think the burning feels more internal than external. I don’t have severe pain, it’s mainly just burning.I’ve never had sex, so I don’t think it’s related to an STI. I also don’t think it’s a UTI because I don’t have blood in my urine, I don’t have burning while peeing, and I don’t have to pee unusually often.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what this could be?

Severe cramps + fainting, what could this be?

Hey everyone,
I (16F) am used to having pain outside my period and during my period. In the past it has even been bad enough that I threw up, but usually painkillers help and the cramps only last maybe around 2 hours( without painkiller). Today was different though. I suddenly got very strong cramping in my lower abdomen (centered in the middle), and also had intense rectal cramps at first. The pain became really severe. I took 400 mg ibuprofen and later Buscopan Plus, but it didn’t help immediately. Then the pain suddenly got extremely intense, I started sweating a lot, and I think I briefly fainted or blacked out. I don’t remember the moment I ended up on the floor, only what happened before and after. I felt very dizzy and confused afterwards.
After some time, the pain got better and now it’s mostly a mild lingering cramping/pulling in the lower middle abdomen, but I still feel it a bit.
No fever or other major symptoms. My period is expected in about 8 days.
