I’ve been an armchair witch for quite some time (someone who study’s witchcraft but hasn’t done hands on spell work) but i finally decided it was my time to work my own magic. I just finished doing my first spell, a protection spell and i have some incense lit up on my altar and i see that the smoke is going straight up!!! i have both my windows open and a fan on and usually it goes all over the place. I personally believe it’s a sign my work was perfectly aligned and received <3!

this is not meant to be sad in anyway shape or form but why is it that i feel like im in a dream like the life i live is not my reality, i feel no connection towards my body i feel as if its a shell for my consciousness/soul. but it makes me depressed thinking about that as if theres no true answer to life this is all pointless. it makes me feel anxious in a way, ive felt with derealization before so honestly it might just be that but idk just looking to rant about this because i might sound crazy to others around me.
