Hi all, my Genshin top up purchase made through Eldorado has recently been reclaimed/charged back leaving my primogems in negative. Does anyone have any advice? I keep getting nowhere with the AI chatbot Ace. Is there any way to get in touch with a human operator or dispute this through Eldorado, or will my only option be to dispute through my bank?

Hey all. I've received the Stealth Pro 2 and am loving it for the most part but I've come across one major issue; I can't seem to hear myself (mic monitoring or whatever) while ANC is active. Is this an intentional thing? Is there any way to fix this or any firmware updates planned to release to improve this?

When doing the >!chess!< puzzle to then >!castle!< I have multiple times used the >!blessing of the monk!< to draft a >!queen's!< room as the >!outer!< room, only to go to the >!chessboard!< puzzle location and realise that it won't work.
