Anyone else notice anxiety from even mild dehydration?

I must confess that I am not good at drinking water regularly enough. This is true even though I have had multiple experiences of feeling anxious, realizing I need to drink some water, and then noticing the anxiety disappearing or significantly reducing after hydrating.

Just posting to see if anyone else has noticed this or if it’s just all in my head. Also open to tips anyone has for remembering to stay hydrated throughout the day.

My Omakase at Sasa Sushi in San Francisco, CA

I wish I could remember what everything was. I paid the extra for a final course of wagyu, uni, and o toro. I forgot to take a picture of the o toro before it made its way into my face.

Overall very good for about $135. I’m not sure if I’d come back to this spot but overall I’m glad I tried it. This is the first time out of a dozen or so attempts that I’ve eaten uni that I enjoyed and didn’t have a bitter aftertaste.

Late boss fight. Holy crap.

Glaze fest incoming....

OK, I haven't yet fought >!Ozma!<, and my feelings may change when I get to him, but I just finished fighting >!Reese!<and I can not recall the last time I experienced such an incredible boss fight since Isshin, who I know is frequently held up as a gold standard for boss fights, and rightfully so.

Honestly, the music, the moveset, the visuals. Even Elden Ring has only given me anything close to this experience maybe once or twice, and that game is like quadruple the size. Just bums me the hell out that this dev team won't be doing any more. The combat in this game alone needs to be yelled about from the rooftops to all other ARPG game devs. Unbelievably good.

That's all.
