I have about 26 cans of various veggies and fruit that are past the best before date. No dents or bulges, and from what I’ve read can still be used. Do food banks take this?

Purchased from a grocery store before it started splitting, so no idea what kind this is. I repotted and haven’t watered a drop since I bought it. Seems to be stuck like this for months? Is it ok? Is there a point where it isn’t ok and I should water?

I love these boots and purposefully bought them as they are leather. I do wear them a lot, but didn’t think they would fail like this. Can I repair them or is it better to just buy a new pair that doesn’t have a stitch right where my foot bends?
