Hii!! I’m a student artist, currently studying special effects makeup un university and for my final project of my second year I created a prosthetic and body paint transformation of my model into a character from within the sleep token universe, taking elements from vessels mask, song lyric interpretation, understanding of runes and mythology and the overall lore.
I have adored Sleep Tokens work for quite a few years now and throughout this project, I really got to dive even deeper than I had before into the universe and just have an even bigger appreciation for them than I had before.
This look was made up of x1 silicone mask prosthetic, x1 bondo prosthetic chest piece x2 gelatine rune prosthetics and x2 bondo rune prosthetics- all handmade and applied by me
It may be hard to see, but I also incorporated the rune formula for ‘Teeth Of God, Blood Of Man’ written down the arms.
