we’ve been messing with a few cold foam recipes. i’m curious how other cafes do it. things are picking up since it’s getting warmer out so we need a recipe that can be batched!

hi! i own a café and i’m looking for electric kettle recs. it’d be for matcha & eventually pour overs. what does your café use? anything to steer clear from? tysm!

my baby just had his 9mo checkup and got tested for lead exposure. i am 99.9% sure the nurse said his lead levels were 10.9. which is ridiculously high. they need him to go in for bloodwork ASAP to see if the reading was wrong.

has anyone else been through this? i feel so bad. i am pretty sure it’s from our apartment because it’s old. i don’t know what else it could be. we have a 4yo daughter too so it’s also affecting her. ugh. we have 3 more months until the lease is up but i want to leave immediately.

idk. i do horrible mental health wise on birth control and i’ve also had bleeding issues on several different types. i haven’t been on bc for about 5-6 years. i have a 4yo and 8mo. have absolutely zero desire to get pregnant right now
