Last summer my neighbor moved in to the apartment next to us and has been a menace. She plays music throughout the night, loud enough to where the bass is shaking the walls. She has a son who runs up and down the stairs everyday to the point where it sounds like he’s running through our home. She also has a terrible habit of slamming her down constantly, which also vibrates throughout our apartment.

For context, I live in a town home complex with my mother.

We’ve spoken to her several times, and the last time I went over to her house to speak to her (Mother’s Day) she told me “Girl no” and slammed the door in my face. We reported her to our housing management, to which they told us to call the police to file a noise complaint - which is hard to do considering she lives RIGHT NEXT DOOR.

What kind of spell can I do to get her to be quiet? At this point, I’m ready to hex her, but I don’t believe I need to take it that far yet.

I’m a witch, and I interpret numerology as my patron reaching out to me to deliver a message. We typically communicate with triple digits (she is a triple goddess). Today, at work, I noticed that all three clocks in my work space (a laboratory) had stopped working. Upon further inspection, I found that one clock (the main one) stopped at “0631”, the second clock (in the micro-lab) stopped at “0632” and the third clock (as you enter/exit the main lab) stopped at “0633”.

Then, when I get home (just now), I check my bedroom clock which has stopped at “0743”. Totally different time, but the fact the fact that they’re only one minute apart, and were working fine yesterday, tells me this is a sign.

The question is what? I’ve never dealt with numbers that aren’t triple digits (outside 1738 (someone PLEASE get the reference)). Are anyone else’s clocks not functioning?

Hekate usually communicates with me through numbers and triple digits (222, 444, 555: “angel numbers”).

Are there any other ways to get in contact with her? I know I shouldn’t force it, but I’ve been a devotee of hers for a little over a year now, and I’d like to make an attempt.
