Wander for a girl

What do yall think? My husband brought it up yesterday (it’s his top name) and the more I think about it, the more I love it. We would pair it with a longer girly middle name: Wander Evangeline or Wander Genevieve. Love the nicknames Wand & Wandy Bear, and the nature and wanderlust vibes.

Thoughts on Philistia (Fuh-lis-tee-uh)?

Hello fellow name nerds,

My devout Christian husband and I are currently expecting our first daughter and I’m hoping for opinions on a name!

We are both Christians and ever since I was a young sinner who was led to Jesus, I have wanted my children to have Biblical names to honor my faith. I like the name Philistia (pronounced Fuh-lis-tee-uh) for a girl, but I feel hesitant using the name in light of the war between Israel and Palestine. If you met a kid named Philistia, would your mind jump to this?

I’m also very open to other name suggestions! I tend to prefer Biblical location names over people to show everyone that I'm not like the others, I'm a cool Christian!

Thanks in advance!

We are from Germany. She is 39 years old, and doesn't really have health problems other than being a little bit anaemic sometimes, but she takes supplements, and she also had one skin cancer that was basal cell carcinoma once, but they cut it out and it was fine. She gave birth to my sister midway through March and both her and my sister were fine.

When my father left for work this morning around seven, my siblings left for school, she was fine then. She fed the baby, and then said she was going to go back to sleep for a bit.

I was in my room for most of the time, when I went out around eleven she was still in bed but the baby was fine and I thought she was just resting.

But then around two, three, my sister was crying and it was going on for ages. I went to see because sometimes I'll take her for a bit and she will stop crying but my mother wasn't responding to me really.

She's pale, and she won't really open her eyes much, she goes back to sleep really easily. I asked if she didn't feel well and she said she feels fine but I don't think she is and I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I've looked up but I can't understand what it might be and what I have to do about it.

I should also mention that my sister sleeps well and she doesn't have to wake up a lot. It's not like she is suddenly very tired because she has had a lot of babies and is used to it, and my sister is a good baby.

I saw a post like this just before, and I thought it would be a bit interesting, since everyone has a different style. Unlike the original one, she did not use a naming book or anything, and went solely off vibes. And ironically, despite having quite a lot of children, she doesn't really like naming very much because she thinks it's stressful 💀

And yes, there is a theme, but less people can recognise the one for the boys.
