Hi, I typically fly with BA and collect Avios so this is a new airline for us. We plan to be out in the Middle East more on a frequent basis going forward.

What are the standard upgrade prices for Emirates Economy to Business on Heathrow flights, it’s currently at 2,929 for two in October. Would this be standard and when is it best to check for a better deal? I would love to fly over business and upgrade to premium on the return in November.

Hi, I’m considering a augmentation after some serious weight loss 7 years ago, my chest has seriously dropped. Currently a 36D but was closer to a 38F pre weight loss. I have a very wide chest 14.5cm breast width. I went for a consultation and they suggested a donut lift plus 615CC teardrops to even me out. Saying I would need 800CC given chest width on round and the extra weight would be a lot. I ideally would like to be a 36F as that would even my body shape back out again.

Has anyone here had work done on a similar chest size I’m finding it very hard to picture the end result on me?
