Reserve not starting automatically anymore?

I've had a hotspot for several years and always added a service pin to the 'Reserve' so it would start when the old plan expired, and it worked perfectly for all those years. But a couple months ago, I added a plan to the Reserve, and it didn't start automatically when the old plan expired, so I had no service. Problem is, this hotspot is how I get online, so I had to seek out another internet source in order to get to my account to manually start the plan in the Reserve. Because of what happened, I now have to choose Start Now for the service plan and lose a day each month. Does anyone know if the Reserve not starting automatically is a temporary glitch or if it's a permanent change?

Adding Service Plan PIN with 611611

Is it possible to add a service plan pin with 611611, and if so, how is it done? Do you do it from the phone you want to add service to, or do you have to use a different phone?

For many years I added a service plan pin using the customer service automated phone line, but last year they changed up the AI, and whenever I call, the voice cuts out every few seconds. Does anyone else have that problem?

PayGo vs Unlimited

I've been using 60-min 90-day cards for years and have thousands of talk/text/data built up, but the last couple months I couldn't find those in a store, so I used the $15 unlimited card a couple times, but I don't like that they only last 30 days, so I loaded a 60-min 90-day card again before the Unlimited runs out in a week.

The problem is, when I'm logged in to my account on the website (from my computer) it only shows the Unlimited Plan. It doesn't show any of the PayGo balances.

But when I text Balance to 611611, it shows both the Unlimited AND the PayGo balances.

Does anyone know if my PayGo balances take over after the Unlimited expires even though none of it shows when I login to the website?
