I'm a salmon/trout angler but I'm in the Czech Republic and I will try a private fishing pond tomorrow near Mikulov. Got this setup from a local shop. I've watched tons of videos and read a lot of info so I think I'm steady.
Still, I would appreciate any advice :)
Im located in Palmer, I just started fishing and got a decent beginner setup. Unfortunately I havent been lucky, I tried matanuska lake, finger lake, eklutna lake, knik river and crescent lake near cooper landing. Im starting to think that I might be doing something wrong :(
So, if anybody wants to mentor a beginner angler for a day or two Im willing to learn as much as I can and ill bring a couple of six packs of your favorite beer.

Hello! I'm staying for a few days in Rearguard falls and I'm looking to join a crew for rafting. Got all the gear except the raft. Have a big jeep to shuttle if needed. I'm an experienced rafter and beginner guide, class 3 & 4. Most of my experience is in the Arkansas river in Colorado. Very flexible with schedule, here until Thursday!
