Looking for playtesters on Linux for Times of Progress
Hi all,
I'm working on Times of Progress, an isometric city builder set during the industrial revolution.
It's partially developed on Linux (I use Linux on my laptop, Windows on my desktop). In a week I am running a private beta and would love to have some playtesters on Linux to check that everything works correctly on the native build. I have also heard that you people are excellent bug reporters :)

It uses Bevy as an engine and Rust as a programming language. Happy to share more details about using Bevy and Rust for game development, if you people are interested!

I'm both scared and excited that the beta for Times of Progress will soon be playable
Times of Progress is an isometric city builder game set during the Industrial Revolution. You extract natural resources and convert them into secondary materials and consumer goods, which are used to satisfy the needs of the population. Research 1800s inventions and sign laws from the period to improve your industry and the life of your citizens. It features procedurally generated maps, different starting conditions, and trading with nearby cities.
The close beta will be available on the 26th of June by signing up here: https://pressingthumbs.subscribepage.io/
During the beta you will be able play through the first basic campaign and learn the main mechanics of the game.
I have been working on this for 3.5 years now.. It's finally time to get it in the hands of players and gather more feedback. I'm a bit scared about it, but I also have no choice ahah.
