Hello, I just bought an iPhone 14 Plus through Visible and in order to download certain apps I have to update to at least iOS 16.6. My iPhone is stuck on iOS 16.0.2 and every time I press "Software Update" it displays this.

What should I do? I tried restarting it, I tried deleting an update file (an update file hasn't shown up any of the times I checked) and I tried to delete a DNS.

Would anybody be generous enough to gift me the slurp puppy? I want him to go with my Slurpentine and Ella Slurp loadouts but a girl is broke rn. Just moved into my new apt.
