Hi, guys!

I'm considering buying a plot in Koheda Village, Hayathnagar, purely from a long-term investment perspective (not planning to build or anything immediately).

I'd like to hear from people who know this area well or have invested around Hayathnagar.

• What is the current market price (approx.)?
• What should I look for before investing?

Please be kind, I am all new to real estate investing. Also, this is brought to my attention by my close family friends, and I want to make sure that I am not being fooled here.

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out if pursuing Australian PR is realistic before I spend more money on the process.

My profile:

• Age: 26
• Indian citizen
• B.E. Mechanical Engineering
• MBA in Business Analytics
• 3+ years at MNC as an Application/Client Support Engineer
• Planning to apply for ACS under ICT Support Engineer
• Will be taking the PTE soon (expecting a high score)
• No Australian work or study experience

Would you recommend going ahead, or is the current ICT invitation situation too competitive? Also, since it won't be core skills do I lose points?

I'd really appreciate honest opinions from people who have recently received invitations or are following the current rounds.

Thanks!
