I sent in a vintage blazer which was underpriced and incorrectly listed. I want it to reclaim it as Poshmark or eBay will yield better results. Has anyone done this?

We’re having an issue between two owners that seems to be escalating to a full blown lawsuit. Board president is giving snippets of information but not the entire situation. He’s in regular direct contact with the building attorney but there is a lack of communication to other members of the board. Is this typical? Board president is quite chummy with one of the owners who may be getting sued.
