Can I activate the service before I get my new phone (pixel 11).
I got the phone through Fi as a new customer but the phone won't even ship to me till the 20th.
And the credit expires on the 19th

As a new customer, if I try to buy the pixel 11 pro 512gb from Google fi, it shows that it'll cost $919 up front and $799 in bill credits. And I'm not able to apply my $200 pixel 11 promo code to the order. The max character length for the promo code at checkout is less than what the promo code is
If I try and buy through the Google store though and I choose Fi as the carrier, I'm able to apply the $200 promo code, meaning I only have to pay $719 up front AND it says it will still give me the $799 in bill credits.

Does that seem correct? Or is it a glitch that I'm able to use the promo code and get the credits reimbursed for a Fi phone through Google store?
